We know that Arrancars seal their powers in the shape of swords (so basically they limit their power using their own strength); we know that Shinigami uses Zanpakutou to draw the power that is within them (that power can still crush them, if uncontrolled); we know that the Sanrei Glove (that allows Quincy Final Form – QFF) puts shackles over Quinces (limits their powers) and then by training with those shackles on, they rise their power(at least 7 days), that when the time comes to break them, Quinces gain immeasurable amounts of power, but since there is no longer anything limiting them artificially, they burn themselves up in that power (since they never learned to control it), thus loosing it at the end (thus it works differently from the ones above).

After all, a bog-standard Gillian is comprised of hundreds of Hollows and yet has no individuality; this implies that when the Hollows devour each other, they actually destroy each other as well in a similar manner to the Quincies. In other words, a bog-standard Gillian is basically a mass of Hollow reiatsu without a soul controlling it. Of course, there is also the case where one of the Hollows comprising its body manages to survive and take control of it, producing a Gillian with the potential to evolve. Again, this comes back to my theory of Shinigami and Quincy being polar opposite halves of a Hollow; Hollows seem to have traits that are displayed in both Shinigami (e.g. having individual powers, using internal spirit energy .etc.) and Quincies (e.g. having the ability to absorb/consume external spirit energy, completely destroying souls .etc.). Hollows, who have all of these traits, are the opposite to ordinary Humans, who have none of these traits. Shinigami possess half of these traits, whereas Quincies possess the other half of these traits.

So perhaps urahara did inset a bit of hollow into them? Or maybe white did not fully transfer to ichigo and karin and yuzu did manage to get some hollow from her in some form or context.

Aizen was brought infront of C46 and they were the ones who passed on the imprisonment scentence.Shunsui would certainly know about Aizen’s location, Since he is the Captain commander. C46 might’ve informed about Aizen’s location,when they made him the CC, if he wasn’t aware of it. I doubt that Unohana,as a Senior captain, doesn’t know about Aizen’s location (If it’s not a common knowledge and only a few people are aware of it,Unohana would be in those few people). Aizen is bondaged right now and cannot move, So i guess it’s ok for Unohana and Zaraki to battle there, a little far away from where Aizen is located.
